These are two promotional ashtrays in green and brown by Armitage Shanks.  The green one commemorates Queen Elizabeth,s Silver Jubilee, with H R H The Duke of Edinburgh, Silver Jubilee, and H M Queen Elizabeth 11 displayed on the three sides of the triangle.  The brown one commemorates the bicentenary ( 1776 to 1976 ) with George 111 - Elizabeth 11, George Washington - Gerald Ford, and  1776 Bicentenary Year 1976 displayed on three sides of the triangle.  These ashtrays are in really good condition with just the green one having two very small marks prior to glazing.  An unusual item this one, I have had them about twenty years and have not seen any similar.
