Combined payments
Combined payments enable buyers to check out once for multiple purchase. Combined postage discounts allow buyers to save on shipping when they purchase more than one item from a certain group of artists (see description).

Buyers can send one combined payment for items purchased from ArtistsUnited within 1 week.

Combined postage discounts

Flat postage rule -

Subtract an amount from each additional item: 50%.

The Flat rule lets seller combine items into one package, and post that package using flat rate postage costs.
The Flat rule charges buyers the postage price for the item with the highest postage cost. Then it will add (or subtract) an additional cost for each item purchased.
eBay automatically calculates the postage discount when the buyer checks out.

When you purchase one of our items, a message will appear showing the availability of a 50% discount if you buy more items from us and combine the shipping. If payments for more than one item are combined and a shipping discount applies, eBay suppose automatically calculate the shipping discount and deduct it from the total cost of the purchase when you, the buyer, initiate payment. The calculated shipping savings will be shown when you complete your payment.

Peace of mind

If you are intent to shop for more than one item on a go, please bear in mind - there is a time limit of one week.
Do not worry if the items won't stuck-up and you would have to pay for each single piece individually (paying full p&p every time).
If the eBay system won't work out the combined shipping cost automatically, we will refund the difference straight after you've finished shopping (just let us know).

Shipping & Handling Cost

Please bear in mind this consists of:

Licensing, when required by the customs control
(e.g. for biggish paintings, etc.)
Packaging materials
Post Office fees

Shipping

Artworks are packed securely and dispatched by the artists themselves
from their location. The dispatch time will depend on whether the artwork needs a special customs certificate (usually for ladge paintings) and whether the paint is dry enough for being wrapped for shipping. These kind of delays might take three to four days on top of usual three business days on receipt of payment.

You will receive an email notification of your item being dispatched. If there is a delay in dispatch we will notify you as soon as possible.

Typical shipping time takes between one and two weeks.

As ALL items are sent by Recorded (Signed For) delivery, it will require a signature upon receipt. If your item has not arrived within two weeks of dispatch message PLEASE contact your local Parcels Office and enquire whether they have a recorded item for you, as delivery may already have been attempted. We believe your item reaches you quickly and safely.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please check the condition of your purchase(s) when delivered and email us within 24 hours if damage is discovered, including digital photographs of the damage and the condition of packaging materials as on delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as this be required to make a claim with the courier.
Your matter will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
