175mm or 7 inches high, solid brass, stamped J.S&S Made in England. Classic Art Nouveau floral and geometric raised decoration on both sides (VERY hard to photo as the jug is so shiny - if I can do better I will add another photo).
Must be handmade as the handle and lip are not quite symmetrical.
Beautiful condition - undamaged, clean and shiny but NOT "scrubbed" as so much old brass is - this has a nice rich colour.
A very decorative piece for the turn-of-the century windowsill or mantelpiece!
