aluminium fishing boat with fourstroke outboard trailer

here for sale is an american mirror craft 14ft alluminium boat. it has a 2008 jet marine 15hp outboard. The boat is in good condition and has never had any holes etc, the transom on the boat has been replaced with a new flowcoated one so that there is no painting etc and will now never rot and will need no maintenance for life it is also stiff. the helm fascia board is also the same. the boat has had a new steering helm, cable and nice steering wheel fitted and is very smooth. The outboard is a 2008 jetmarine and has electric start as well as manual and comes with a 25lt fuel tank. the engine is exactly the same as the yamaha 15hp its just the colour that is different. The engine also came with new remotes and cables. the outboard has had under 2 hrs use and its unmarked condition reflects this. The trailer is a 2007 and has only been towed 70miles from new and fits the boat perfectly. the bearing are as new so totally roadworthy. I have only used the boat twice since i put the new engine on and have never had it much above idle as it still needs running in but i had a 8hp engine on the boat before and it planed easily and was caable of 15mph. With the 15hp it will be easily capable of 25mph as it is exactly the same as the yamaha 15hp even down to the gearbox ratios.

This boat is a very rare find having a steering helm and being a good make and good size. it is extremely strong but only weighs around 75kgs, it is very deep fronted compared to the quicksilvers and handles rough water well. it is far superior quality to the quicksilvers hence it can take up to a 30hp 2 stroke outboard. it floats in around 1.5inches of water.

the boat can be recovered with one person easily and i have never used the winch yet as the boat is so light this is without putting the trailer in deep water.

Also has plastic mountings for either a canopy of rollicks but i dont have these but a canopy could easily be made by bending metal into a couple of hoops and then putting some material between them.

Hi to clear up the confusion the boat has a 15hp 4stroke engine as pictured with it. However the max rating for the boat is a 30hp 2stroke or an equivalent weighted 4 stroke. Reason being that a four stroke is heavier hence its max four stroke would be between 20-25hp.
