I am selling my 1994 Abbey caravan which is in good clean condition for year.I have had this caravan for 2 years and has provided me with many enjoyable trouble free holidays.
It is sold with many extras which include awning(12 months old with pegs),new leasure battery,aquaroll and water pump with filter,waste water container and pipe,step,leg winder,gas bottle,spare tyre(like new),towel rails,mains hook up lead.

Interior
Front area is two bench seats which will make into a double bed with under storage.There is a chest of drawera in the centre with a top that pulls forward and folds to twice its size to make a table.Storage cupboards above with under lighting and a centre light in roof.In the kitchen area there is a sink with drainer,hot and cold water tap,3 ringed cooker with lid (slight mark),oven and grille with storage cupboards above and below,3 way fridge freezer,carver heater.2 seated area which makes into a singlebed and bunk bed,table and under seat storage,fold away table.In the bathroom there is a sink with hot/cold water tap,mirrors and vanity unit.There is a cassette toilet with pleanty of storage and a wardrobe.The shower area has its own light along with shower tray, shower head and hanging rail.There are flyscreens and blinds to the windows.one blind is a bit lazy and needs re tensioning but works fine.
All the electric and gas appliances work fine.
All area of caravan is carpeted.
There is no spongy areas on floor or walls,no foisty smells,so no damp as far as i know.

Exterior
Light cream in colour,single axle,wheel trims,spare wheel/gas bottle compartment,side lockable battery/mains/tv/water connection,cassette toilet outlet,light above door.
There is the odd mark on the exterior which you would expect on a caravan of this age.
There is slight damage to the awning rails as shown in the photos.(please note there is no water leakage but they have been re sealed and do not affect the caravan or awning in any way.)
All the tyres are very good,and the van tows brilliant.

There is also a brand new purpleline remote control caravan mover fitted,which cost over £1000.This will be taken off,or i will leave it on for £700 on top of the price for the winning bidder if required.

The caravan is pick up only,and it is your responibility to provide a number plate and ensure your vehicle is suitable for towing.You are welcome to come and view before you buy.
