Mikey Jewellery is the creation of Michael Waterman who was handed his first big break in 1989 when he landed the jewellery concession at Top Shop in Oxford Circus, with the financial backing of his mothers life savings, and the patronage of few celebrity clients, further concessions soon followed in Selfridges, Jane Norman and Hyper and biggest of the lot Harrods.

In 1997 Mikey opened their first dedicated store in London and now boast stores in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Glasgow. On the Wholesale side Mikey provide jewellery to major retail companies such as House of Fraser and Freemans.

Important Advert Information

We have over 55,000 different items of mikey jewellery, it is important for you to know you might not receive any of the items pictures, and you may receive more than one of the same item.This is 2007 stock, there are some items that are not in retail packaging and will not have the tags on. We will not add too much and will try to add as many Mikey tagged items as possible, some mikey items do have the retail prices on them and some might have the retail prices on them but with a sticker or writing showing a discount on the original price. Please understand these points before bidding or buying, if it is not clear please phone us on 01202 668817 or 07543338886 to discuss. You are welcome to come and view the stock before buying. Please be aware that there can be upto 5% damages in the jewellery. Any damaged or broken items over the 5% can be returned for replacements, we will cover the postage cost if this is the case but we will check every item the best we can to prevent damages being sent.

Credit Card Payment (over the phone)

You can pay over the phone with your credit/debit card details.

Paying by credit card is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your purchase.

After the auction ends, you can phone on 07888 675790 or 01202 668817 or 01202 576716 with your card details.  Lines are open between 9am - 9pm 7 days a week.  We will not store your details on any database.  Your card details will be shredded as soon as we have processed your payment.  This option is also good for letting us know your delivery preferences and discussing any other options such as the colour of an item for example.  We can take most credit/debit cards including AMEX cards.

PayPal

Please include your contact numbers with payment.

This is eBays credit card payment site.  You must register with PayPal to start using this option.  You will have to enter your credit card details with PayPal, as although eBay know your card details PayPal does not.

Cheque or Postal Orders

Please allow 5 working days for cheques and bankers drafts to clear.

We sell a lot of items both on eBay and through our website so please do not just put a cheque in the post without including any information.  We need your eBay user name and item number OR a good description of what payment is for.  We also need your delivery address and contact numbers included.  Cheques and postal orders are to be made payable to Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd.

If you do not supply us with this information then your item(s) may well be delayed, this can take up to a day or two.

Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller (Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd) is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction, or if payment has not been received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay, and in some cases court action will be taken to recover our eBay fees. The item(s) will be the same as, or similar to the photos in this eBay advert. We do need 3 days notice if you are collecting the goods from our Poole, Dorset warehouse. All high street stock will have to be de-labelled before selling to the public. Please note that all pictures and descriptions are the sole property of Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd, unauthorised use may result in prosecution.

Shipping:

Shipment will be either APC Overnight, DHL or Pallet Force. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment. An eBay dispatch notice will be issued the day before you receive your goods. If you do not receive your goods within 2 working days please phone 07888 675790 or 01202 668817 to let us know. Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers.

You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection. We will pack all goods onto pallets ready for collection.

Postage & Packaging includes Next Day Delivery, Recorded Signed For, Postal Insurance, Online Tracking, Packing Materials (boxes, bags, tape, bubble wrap, labels etc) and our Experienced Packing Staff. As you can see we make a loss on the Postage & Packaging price we charge.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days. All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods. Please also be aware that items received may differ slightly from those shown in the eBay advert. Software sales are non refundable. Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us. All high street stock will have to be de-labelled before selling to the public.
