Returns procedure
AUTOKOOL LTD must be informed either by email or in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.

You will be issued with a returns number which must be quoted on all correspondence.

All returned items must be in original packaging, accompanied with the original invoice and have all relevant paperwork enclosed including the returns number. Failure to include this information will delay a possible refund.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. 

Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described. 
All orders cancelled within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full less any initial postage costs. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period; will be subject to a 20% restocking and administration charge.
