ZyXEL's Powerline Series is an access extension solution to have your house completely networked with existing power lines. Thanks to the advanced HomePlug AV Technology, the PLA-400 v2 is capable of transmitting data at up to 200Mbps. It allows you to share network resources and enjoy Internet access through secure high-speed data connection over the house power lines you already have.

The inherent advanced QoS features enable the HomePlug AV Series to be an ideal access tool for service providers to deliver "Triple-play" multimedia services such as high-quality digital video streams, high-speed Internet access and voice services. Higher value items will only be sent fully insured, see relevant listings for details. Very heavy items will be sent via 24 or 48 hour courier depending on postage option selected.

We have never had a parcel not delivered so it is rare but if you do not receive the item then the following procedures apply:-

Special/Recorded Delivery - As soon as the courier has confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

Uninsured - We will provide you with a copy of the posting receipt to provide evidence that the item was shipped & help you in any way we can.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured goods during transit or delays caused by the courier which are beyond our control. We will try to help as much as we can by following normal procedures. P&P is not refundable in all cases.

RETURNS

Although highly unlikely but genuine faulty items may be returned within 7 days by e-mailing us first for instructions. Item(s) will be replaced promptly after testing, checking serial numbers & security markings in our database if applicable. Non-faulty items or items damaged by customer mishandling, misuse, negligent upgrading etc. are not covered. Most items are security marked.

If you wish to return an item(s) for exchange or refund then you must do this within 7 days by e-mailing us for instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition, sealed & unopened with all original documentation. We suggest you use insured/trackable shipping otherwise post uninsured at your own risk. Opened or damaged item(s) do not qualify. Replacement/refund (minus P&P & fees) will follow promptly after checking item(s) & serial numbers in our database if applicable. On exchanges/refunds the buyer will be liable for the shipping fees & differences in price (if any).
