Postage & Payment

Payment:

Please note: We accept PayPal in accordance with eBay seller protection policy we only dispatch goods to the registered address on the eBay invoice.

We also accept payment by: Credit or Debit card securely via our sales line number: 0115 9410559. They will be subject to own rigorous fraud checks and will only be delivered to the registered card addresses. All Auction, Shop Inventory and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Postage:

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to your. We charge a postage fee to cover costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We use both Royal Mail and City Link as they offer the best compromise between quality of service and cost. See below for delivery times.

Royal Mail: Postage prices up to £4.23 are sent 1st class standard post. 1st class standard post takes between 1-7 working days. If you haven't received your goods by this time please email or call us.

City Link: Prices at £5.99 are sent via City Link 48 hour service. (2 working days). Prices at £9.99 are sent via City Link 24 hour service. (1 working day). If you haven't received your goods by these times please email or call us. Tracking details will be e-mailed once item is dispatched.

International: Price start from £6.99 depending on service, weight, cost of goods and destination.
Please allow upto 7 Working days, If you haven't received your goods by these times please email or call us.

Terms

General Terms:

• For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address and your eBay user name. 
• Please detail your preference for a replacement or a refund and provide us with a daytime contact number should we need to contact you. 
• Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns, and up to 21 working days for completion of any repairs.
The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty

Faulty products:

• You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault. 
• In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. The return of the faulty item is the responsibility of the customer; we are unable to arrange collection of faulty goods.
• Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or put you in touch with the relevant manufacturer’s helpline number.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. 
• All replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact to inform us of our mistake. 
• Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item.
• Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. 

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address. We will not accept unwanted items for return after the 8th day has passed.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, unopened, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice. 
• A full refund of the order total will be processed, minus the original delivery charge. Where the item is offered on FREE delivery we will offer a refund less £6.99 to cover the initial cost of sending the item to you. 
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. 
• Sorry, but audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed are excluded from this policy.
