Items will be accepted for refund within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned in original unused condition and original undamaged packaging.
For hygiene reasons refunds cannot be given for cosmetic or lingerie items if opened.
Return postage on returned items and proof of postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. A refund will be given but the original postage price paid will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
Please contact me BEFORE payment if buying multiple items. Postage cannot be combined once payment has been made. |
