Items are supplied FROM STOCK in the UK and normally sent by Royal Mail post or Courier (UK), or Small Packets (Ireland & Europe), usually within 24 hours of us receiving your cleared payment. Where a Courier service is indicated, this is to mainland UK only. Please contact us for courier delivery charges to anywhere else. Please supply a contact phone number when selecting a Courier service, as we cannot deliver by this method without one and your delivery will be delayed.

If purchasing more than one item, please contact us first for Postage rates, as we offer discount postage on multiple purchases wherever possible, but in some cases can no longer show this on eBay, due to their stupid new postage-inclusive prices policy! please ask us for a total due invoice before paying, as we cannot refund excess postage once it has been paid. If you do not pay enough postage, we will require the remaining amount to be paid before we can dispatch your order.

Fair Delivery Charges:

We always charge fair delivery rates. Our delivery charges are based on the size and weight or your order & include the basic Postage/Courier charge, the cost of all Packaging (box/package & internal packing), our Labour, Insurance & added VAT. Please ensure your PayPal or other account is funded from a valid (current) Credit or Debit card, as direct funding from a bank account means we receive an eCheque, which can take up to ten days to clear

*Please note that for security reasons, when paying by PayPal, your registered address will need to be 'confirmed' in your PayPal account. If it is not, we may need to confirm it via email and eBay message before your item can be shipped to you. We require you to send us notification of intention to pay by cheque and to send us your cheque within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for cheques to be paid in and cleared after we receive them.

Items paid for before 2:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri only), but may take 24-48 hours during busy periods and longer over weekends and holidays etc.. No items will be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Purchases and enquiries made out of office hours (9am-6pm), or over a weekend or Bank Holiday period will normally be processed/dispatched on the following Monday or next normal working day.

Please allow sufficient time for your selected delivery service to deliver before contating us to report a missing order. 1st class post is stated as normally taking 1-2 days and 2nd class and parcel post are stated as normally taking 3+ days, but these services are subject to Royal Mail's maximum delivery time of 15 working days. Please allow more time during holiday periods and during times of industrial action. You can only claim for a replacement or refund after one of these deliveries has failed after 16 working days.

VAT. We are VAT registered and always supply a full VAT Invoice. Prices include VAT where shown. If you are in the EU, are VAT registered and wish to buy exclusive of VAT, please ask for details

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive and Recycling:

Refunds will only be given for items returned as new, or if they were genuinely faulty when received and have not been mis-used or tampered with in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging (product box and internal packaging), in new, unused condition with all accessories, documentation etc. - as it was supplied - within 14 days. No delivery or return charges can be refunded. Returns Number required - please see full conditions on our About Us pages BEFORE returning any item!
