If you have questions about the size of a particular item, please ask us about them before purchasing, because most Halloween masks only come in one size, and problems with the way an item fits do not constitute "defects", and are not sufficient cause for an exchange. A NOTE FOR MASK BUYERS:
For your convenience, we enclose instructions with each mask for its use, care, and display. When you receive your mask from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the warehouse.  Most mass-produced rubber Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped from the manufacturers flat without any sort of stuffing. Occasionally this flattening will cause some slight warping in the mask. This happens to all rubber masks to some extent, and is not considered a “defect” in the product.  By following our instructions, you can easily return your mask to its original molded shape, as well as correct any minor distortions in the rubber material incurred during storage.
