ZOMBIE ARCADE MACHINE
Every once in a while, a new product comes along that can only be described as Awesome. The Zombie Arcade Machine is that product! The Zombie machine is manufactured in the UK to an extremely high standard, using only the finest materials and components, guaranteed to surpass all your expectations. The manufacturer of Zombie Arcades is passionate about arcade gaming and this is reflected in the superb build quality of this machine.
Each component is assembled with surgeon like precision and the machines are put through a 4 day testing period, before they are passed for delivery to our customers. These machines have also been CE tested and approved for quality, safety and reliability. No stone has been left unturned during the manufacturing process and we have to admit that we have never seen such a high end arcade machine. Although you will see the quality from the images below, you can only really begin to admire the ultimate attention to detail by seeing a Zombie Arcade up close and personal.

Quality Craftmanship
Only the finest components are used in the manufacture of each Zombie Arcade and the machines incorporate a large 24”, wide viewing angle LCD monitor. An outstanding contrast ratio of 1000:1 which results in crisp, clean and clear viewing and exceptionally wide viewing angles of 178°, make for an absolute incredible gaming experience, whether playing alone or with a friend. Every Zombie arcade machine comes complete with a specially cut smoked glass bezel to add even further authenticity to your gaming experience.
The Zombie arcade machine also has a huge control panel: 24” wide and 13” deep. Zombie arcade machine joysticks are sourced from Sanwa Denshi Company and each control panel is fitted with 12 player buttons and 8 admin buttons. Each Zombie arcade machine has been specially fitted with LED functionality. In simple terms, the buttons light up and they look absolutely fantastic! The icing on the cake has to be the screen printed control panel. Most arcade machines on the market use some kind of adhesive backed vinyl for the control panel, but this just wouldn't be right for the Zombie! Check out the images to see for yourself.
Each Zombie arcade machine comes complete with a top of the range 2.1 speaker system and subwoofer creating that perfect combination of crisp sound and thumping bass, which in turn adds to the ultimate arcade experience.

Our cabinets are C&C cut for perfect precision, then assembled and finished by trade professionals here in the UK. Each machine is assembled by hand and tested for a minimum of 96 hours before delivery.
These machines have been fully CE Tested to comply with all electrical and quality regulations, so you can be assured that they are of the very highest quality. A sticker with the CE mark is on the back of each machine.

Payment Terms
We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction or within 3 days for Buy It Now items. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with EBay to recoup our eBay fees and will ultimately release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.

Order Processing
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or during Public Holidays.
Insurance
We insure your purchase for its full value and all insurance costs are included in our quoted shipping rates.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This e-mail will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. We use DHL and City-Link as our couriers and also despatch smaller items with the Royal Mail.
Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit.
For example:
• A package shipped on Monday will usually arrive on Wednesday
• A package shipped on Friday will usually arrive on the following Tuesday
If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you to choose the appropriate method.

We do not allow pickups from our facility at present. We are planning on adding this option in the future.

Shipping Mishaps
We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the product you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Condition
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll refund your original winning bid price in full.
Returns Policy
We will gladly accept returns for up to 7 days after you receive your goods.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. All packaging and any accessories must be intact. We reserve the right to offer refunds for any goods that are returned in a bad condition. We do not offer refunds for any goods purchased in error. Return Procedure
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be on the safe side.
