Are accepted within 14 days its is the buyer responsibility for paying the return postage and the goods must be returned in perfect condition a refund will then be issued .
Cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned due to health and hygienic laws if the seal is broken.
Unless damaged or not as described .We will refund postage both ways if that is the case .
