• Delivery: Items are securely packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Normal shipping is within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail Despatch express which is a tracked service, we also use Royal Mail 1st class packet post or also via our Courier for which a signature is required on delivery.
• Combined postage rule: We offer combined postage on most of our items ~ multiple items purchased are charged at 25p extra per item. Larger items sent via courier will incur extra postage costs which are advised within the listing.
• Refunds & Returns: If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within seven days of the date of purchase. Postage and packing costs will not be refunded, items should be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
