You are looking at a First Day Cover for the set 'Youth Organisations' from 1982, date stamped as 24/3/1982 from Wakefield. I know nothing about stamps, and have a few sets up for auction, these have been hidden away in a folder after being collected for me as a baby, so I will try answer any questions as best I can.
