Your image will be printed on high-quality Eterna premium 390 gsm cotton canvas .

We use the finest inks to ensure that your finished piece is vibrant and remains colour-fast the canvas is finally coated with a UV protective polymer spray sealant.

We will skillfully gallery-wrap the print on desired sized stretcher bars so the frame can be adjusted through out its life to help keep it in beautiful priestine condition.

If your photo is not perfect for print we'll do our utmost to ready the photo for printing. Retouching is often considered to be a specialist area, and we provide as part of the service a significant retouching service free of charge that helps to improve the image to achieve great results. This includes red eye reduction, date stamp removal, dust and scratch reduction, and blemish removal colour cast removal and general colour correction.

Canvas printing - how to order

In A Nutshell:

Step 1. You decide on the picture or artwork you would like 400kb jpeg or tiff or camera raw file or larger for this size canvas (we only accept these formats). If you have a photo or negative that needs scanning we will do this for free using our colour calibrated high end scanner. Any doubts about the quality of your photo please contact us prior to ordering. 90% of mobile phone photos are unsuitable and we do not recommend them for canvas reproduction.

Step 2. You pay then send your digital photo via our upload service or post the photo along with any special instrustion and sizing required.

( please note not all photographs are suitable to print at all sizes, we always advise before printing where photographs maybe unsuitable. A full refund will always be given in these circumstances.)

Step 3. We review your instructions and photo, bringing to your attention any concerns. All adjustments will be approved by yourself before printing commences.

Step 4. We produce your piece of artwork carefully check and package it before shipping.

All our work carries a 7 day refund upon return of item for faulty items.

UK POSTAGE AND PAYMENT

We accept PayPal,  Major Credit Cards, Postal Order or Cheque.

Prints will be despatched in 1-10 working days of funds clearing and approval of alterations. However we will try and accomodate if you are requiring your canvas quicker or if you require a gift voucher for your wedding etc.

All our canvases are packed using foam to protect the print from scratching and then wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap. Finally we ship using waterproof packing and mark all our packages as fragile.

We ship via Royal Mail or DHL economy service to ensure your canvas reaches you in first class condition. All canvases require a signature upon delivery.

We can now deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £3.99 subject to workload please ask before ordering.
