We can print any of you own photo’s, design’s or pictures and include text on a quality mug/cup. Ideal for special occasion gifts, keepsakes or a novelty item.
INSTRUCTIONS
Email: send your picture and any required text to mugstore@hotmail.co.uk before completing your order and we will create and email a design back to you for your approval.
If scanning a picture, scan at 300dpi to ensure the quality is good. We can accept most file formats including: Jpegs, Gifs, Pdf's, Tiffs, Png, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. The most convenient is the Jpeg format as it keeps the size of the file smaller and therefore download time is quicker.
We can also accept mobile phone pictures by picture message, please email us for the number to send to. Be aware that not all pictures taken by mobile phone camera are suitable quality to use but you will be advised if that is the case.
Hard copy will also be accepted but a self addressed stamped envelope must be included, we will scan the picture for you and send back, no responsibility is accepted for the postal system, please email us for our postal address.
Please Note in some cases we may need to modify images due to brightness and size. If we feel the image is not suitable for any reason we will contact you.

All items will be securely packaged and sent using Royal Mail 1st class, or in the case of non UK buyers Royal Mail Airmail. Mugs are usually posted within 4-5 days of recieving cleared payment provided personalisation details have been given. Please read the listings fully for lead time for other items.
As most of our items are "made to be personalised" please ensure either leave the personalisation details in the "message to seller" box if paying by paypal or emailing details to mugstore@hotmail.co.uk along with your item number, if paying by cheque or postal order please include clearly written details with payment.
If you find fault with any of our items we will happily replace or refund as long as you contact us first with details, this excludes faults with any personalisation details that are given incorrectly by you.
