This is a basic and simple Yoga Mat - it features a durable slip resistant textured surface (on both sides), and rolls up making it compact and easy to store. It is suitable for most non-aerobic exercises, including Yoga. It measures 170cm x 61cm, and is supplied with instructions.

It is described as used as it has been opened and I think my missus sat on it once before putting it in the cupboard - but I don't think it's ever been properly used! It is in excellent condition therefore.

It will be wrapped in plastic for shipping, or collection is possible. Unfortunately it weighs just over 1kg so it cannot be sent second class.
