Goods are only accepted for return in the event that they were incorrectly supplied by ourselves, or are faulty and the following conditions are satisfied: 
We are notified within 3 days of receipt
Items are returned within 14 days of despatch 
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. We reserve the right to levy a charge of 20% of the invoiced value of the goods to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced
All returns are to be accompanied by your name, address, invoice number and reason for return
We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the fitment or removal of faulty or incorrectly supplied parts 
We reserve the right to supply replacement goods, a refund, or credit, as decided by ourselves. Credit will only be given to the value of the goods ordered. No credit will be given for any shipping costs. 
Goods which are correctly supplied by us, but which you wish to return for any other reason than being faulty, will only be accepted subject to complying with all the above conditions. They will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover our processing costs.
