Remember to include your phone number with payment's we've had a few items returned by our couriers as they cannot contact buyers to make the deliveries (They try to deliver an item to you twice and then hold it at there depot for collection, if it's not collected within 7 day's it comes back to us and you will have to pay the postage again to have it re-sent out)

Important :- Do not sign for an item if it arrives damaged!!! return it with our couriers, that way we can claim for the damage and it won't cost you to return it, if you sign for it we cannot claim for the damage and you will be liable for the return postage to us!!

Also i've had a few questions about the postage costs, It costs us between £8 and £11 (depending on which part of the uk it's going to) per item under 30kgs to have it sent out, plus we are charged £4 everytime they try to deliver and there is no one in and they have to leave a card, we are also charged for the return of the item if it is not collected after the 7 days, so sometimes even at £15 we loose money on the postage, the rest of the postage cost covers the packing materials.

And.... Please don't leave bad feedback without contacting me first, i will do my very best to sort out any problems, sometimes items are damaged in the post, sometimes they go missing, sometimes it takes a bit longer for them to arrive, but i will do my best to help :0) i've had to deal with a few very unreasonable people, so anyone who leaves bad feedback without contacting me can expect me to do the same.

Just to answer a few of the many questions i get about items, this is an auction so there is no buy it now price :0) if you want the item bid on it! If you want to know if a part will fit on your bike it would be best to contact a dealer and ask them about fitments, as my knowledge of such things is quite limited :0( 

The PC we use to list the items from is not based at the unit so you need to call the guy's down there if you have any questions on postage as well, they will be able to tell you when your item has been sent, If no one answers we are not ignoring you, we'll just be away from the unit dropping off parts or collecting bikes. I am also unable to send out more photo's of the items, i can however e-mail you larger pic's of the ones you see here....... Think that's about it :0)

Any refunds that are given will be minus the postage costs.
