Yuniparts will be bringing a large range of new parts to ebay over the next year - its founder members have been trading here on Ebay, with very fine feedback ratings, since 1999. We do put our customers first.
In order to spend more of our time working on these new products, we would be very grateful if you could read the few words below - before asking us questions!
- We will always try and give complete descriptions to the best of our knowledge. We do not know if these parts fit other bikes not listed - we do not know if it fits "your bike" if "your bike" is not as the factory made it - but we will always replace any item if listed incorrectly!
- We list all the parts that we have available at this time. If we do not have the part listed, we do not have it! - We only have the information that we list. We are not experts on your bike! If you have a need for advice, please think of contacting: your main dealer, other owners or one of the clubs. There is the VMCC and the VJMCC and many sources on the web!
- We combine postage wherever possible and within the limits of the ebay system. If you buy a really large amount of items and pay too much, we will refund you through the method that you paid us. Please bear in mind that padded bags, parcel tape and all the rest does cost real money. We do not aim to profit from the posting operation!
- We are registered for VAT and all parts and shipping charges include VAT at the current rate.
- All parts are in stock and will normally be shipped next day unless we advise you differently. We are not responsible for the great speed and strange delays that happen all the time! UK Royal Mail does not offer tracking services for overseas airmail packets so please do not ask us for tracking details. Please allow up to 10 working days for UK and 28 working days for overseas posting before contacting us. Sorry - but 10 years of posting parcels has taught us that we have to ask this - it is not normal to take this long but it does happen quite often to certain countries!
- All our parcels are logged out and sent by 1st Class UK mail and Airmail Small Packet for overseas. Orders larger than 2kg may be sent by Parcelforce 48hr inland or Global delivery for worldwide. We insure all small parcels at our risk - if a parcel goes missing or is damaged. we will replace it free of charge but only after the times mentioned above.
- We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations and all other concumer legislation. If you wish to return a part because it is faulty or not as described, we are happy to pay the post costs. If you return a part through no fault of ours, we determine the right to charge you the costs of returning and refunding your original payment. Fair enough!
Please read the above before sending questions - it really does take a lot of time answering email and that takes time away from packing your parcels or researching new parts.
YUNIPARTS Ltd imports directly from factories in other countries; people that we have dealt with since 2006. We know them personally and they usually supply to our own specifications for new products that are not available to other UK dealers. We do not buy from wholesalers.
