Returns are accepted for items that are unopened, unused and are returned to us in a timely manor. These items must be received by us in the full mercantile quality in which they were shipped. The buyer must email us before returning any items stating the reason for return. If the item was purchased in error by the buyer, we will still accept returns as mistakes can happen. Any returned item will subject to a restocking fee unless it was significantly not as per the item advertised. All charges for P+P, to the buyer and back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. We may also deduct any actual costs to us for the listing fees and Paypal charges where appropriate. We will happily advise the value any refunded amount would be prior to the return being authorized. |
