Aslani Music Return / Exchange Policy

1. If the item has a manufacture’s defect, call Aslani Music 310-717-7992 asking for Don or Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
2. If the item was damaged in shipping, please return all the original packing, call Aslani Music 310-717-7992.
3. If the item does not have a defect, and was not damaged in shipping, yet you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may send back the item for store credit of the full purchase price.
      - You must notify Aslani Music within 14 days of delivery.
    - You must ship the item back to Aslani Music within 14 days of delivery.
   Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
  - All items sent back for credit / exchange, must include in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original shipment; and show no signs of wear or abuse.  Otherwise the item will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
