1) After making your purchase, email the image to us at ebay@4memories.co.uk. Please try and ensure that the image is of the highest resolution possible.
IMPORTANT: If you are unsure whether your image is suitable to enlarge to a certain size, we will be more than happy for you to email it to us at ebay@4memories.co.uk prior to making a purchase, so we can advise accordingly.
2) On the email state any amendments (if required) you want us to make.
3) We will then send you by email how your amended image will look, all you need to is confirm you are happy with it before it goes to final print.
WHAT YOU GET
We are able to print to a number of sizes as shown in the table below. The sizes mentioned are the actual frame sizes, your canvas print will actually be approximately 1.5 to 2" bigger on all 4 sides to allow for the area to go arounf the sides and back of the frame.

PAYMENT
Preferred payment is through Paypal simply because we can start working on your image straight away, but we do also accept cheques, postal orders and also take payment through BACS (direct bank transfer - details provided on request).
SHIPPING
To ensure your canvas reaches you in the safest possible way, we wrap it with kraft paper, before multiple wrapping with bubblewrap and marking it "fragile". Our normal lead time is 5 working days from receipt of cleared payment and image, however this may be slightly longer if we are making amendments as per your request which will need your final confirmation. If you require your canvas quicker, please let us know and we will try to be accomodating. Shipping method is either by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or there Standard Parcel Service, and we always obtain a certificate of posting. Due to the size of the parcels, someone will probably need to accept delivery in person. If this is a problem, we suggest you provide an alternate delivery address such as work etc.
