Retaining much of its original charm and character the barn has been converted into four luxury apartments, each apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished to a very high standard, creating a fresh and contemporary welcome.

Situated on Crowtrees Caravan Park on the edge of Tosside village and surrounded by lush countryside and woodland, and contrasting scenery, it is an ideal location for families and couples to explore this unspoilt region of the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland, a designated "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty".

Visitors can enjoy a wealth of amenities on Crowtrees Park including indoor heated pool, children’s outdoor play area, games room, small shop for essentials or simply relax in Crowtrees Inn and enjoy a leisurely drink or bar meal, there is live entertainment on a Saturday evening.

The market town of Settle is only 7 miles, and Skipton, the Lakes and the West Coast are within easy driving distance.

Shared front entrance hall with internal stairs leading to first floor landing and separate entrance to each property. Rathmel apartment has an attractive vaulted ceiling.

First floor: spacious open plan sitting/dining room. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, WC and wash hand basin. 1 twin room. Family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Facilities: gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. Dishwasher. 42" Plasma Flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player. Bed linen provided. Towels are not povided.

Gas central heating and all electricity included. Travel cot and high chair available. Indoor heated pool at Crowtrees Park (open daily from 1st March to 10th January except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Games room. Outdoor children’s play area. Shop. Launderette. Pub and restaurant. Live entertainment on Saturday evenings from Easter - Mid November.
