RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your order with us within 7 days of your contract with us, or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order within this time period then you will have a full refund including delivery costs, in order to gain your refund you must follow the guidelines laid out below. If the return is caused by our error (i.e incorrect product being delivered) we will also pay the return delivery, in any other instance the customer assumes full responsibility for the cost of returning the item. 

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged through no fault of the customer. 

To make a return you must first contact us with your order number(01427 838271).Most returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Items must be returned to: 

Elston and Hopkin , 3 The Glebe , Upton , Lincolnshire DN21 5PD

(When returning a cue or shaft it will not be accepted if the tip has been chalked or in our opinion shows any evidence of having been used.)

We will not offer a refund on:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 
Any item that is not in its original condition, packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts. 
We reserve the right to pay your refund via a company cheque.
