The writer was a realised being, Guru and eminent sage of his time. He attained full self realisation in 1935 and as a blessing for seekers, wrote down his experiences for them much later on.

This book describes the awakening and play of kundalini shakti and his experiences as it cleared his system through - classic stages are described - at times with apt quotations from scripture to support his description of the process, which results in his full enlightenment.

The spiritual relationship between himself and his Guru is evident throughout - the guidance and practices are still relevant for the modern seeker.

One such recommendation "I am a wave in the ocean of bliss, in the ocean of the Atman."

Definitely worth reading , especially if you are on a kundalini yoga path.
