YEAST RAISED DONUT/DOUGHNUT 4 BREAD MACHINE/KENWOOD

Great best quality doughnut mix, this mix is not the usual cheap mix that some people make doughnuts with, its the best quality and is only normally supplied to a very well known high street baker.

Easy to make best quality mix there is

Yeast Raised Doughnut Mix, great for finger and ball doughnuts.

Can be mixed in a bread machine or Kenwood style mixer.

Add flour, yeast and water and make up the same as a bread dough.

Great with jam, cream, icing or even better with our Cold Set Custard. Just like in the picture!!

Will make approx 45 large doughnuts

How to make; Add breadflour, yeast, water. Mix the dough the same as you would for a bread dough, cut into balls, fingers etc, allow to rise, deep fry for a couple of minutes. When cool cut and fill with cream, custard or anything else!!

For extra special luxury I would suggest buying this in conjunction with my Cold Set Custard, this is our premium Patisserie Custard that goes into Vanilla Slices Etc. Simply whisk the powder into cold water, fill a piping bag with the custard and fill the doughnut.
