RETURNS: Any purchase(s) may be returned for refund within 7 working from the date of delivery. 
This excludes crash helmets, gloves and balaclavas for hygiene reasons. 
Items with original packaging opened or labels removed will not be accepted as returns. Videos supplied in a sealed wrapper must be returned as such. It is your responsibility to meet the cost of returning any goods to us. A claim form is required to be filled in and inserted into returning package to be sent back with your returned goods. No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without an authorisation. Full credit or replacement, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. Batteries, battery acid and oil: Hazardous goods transport regulations make the domestic return of these goods impossible. The manufacturers often change the product prices at short notice. If that situation happens, we will notify you prior to accepting any order. POLE POSITION IS OBLIGED TO DELIVER THE GOODS CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS WITHIN THE STATED DELIVERY TIMES. THE ORDERS PLACED FOR THE EXHAUST SYSTEMS MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN THE STANDARD DELIVERY 2-3 DAYS, BUT SHALL NOT TAKE LONGER THAN 30 WORKING DAYS. The Company's obligation to deliver Goods is subject to circumstances beyond the Company's control as (but not limited to) strike, floods, fires, machine breakdown or any other conditions of force majeure. If any items are out of stock, POLE POSITION RACING will inform the Customer of expected delivery date or refund any payment. VAT charges will apply to all Countries and destinations.
