Before signing paperwork for goods on delivery please ensure that you check the goods. Damaged items must be marked damaged on the paperwork that you sign when receiving the goods, if this is not complied with then goods will not be accepted as damaged.
Should you wish to return the item, please email within 24 hours of the item being signed for. You will be issued with a Returns Number that will act as a reference to track your return. This is vital, as without this number your return is void.
A refund will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us in its original perfect condition (as recorded by us). Once you have obtained a Returns Number (via email within 24 hours of receipt), please write the returns number clearly on the outside of your parcel and then return your goods (address will be provided along with returns number)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned to us safely and securely. All products must be returned in their original packaging, along with full contents and an original proof of purchase and we must receive this within 7 days of sending you your returns number.
You are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery method which can be easily tracked E.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. NOTE: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only offer limited compensation if a parcel gets lost while in their care. Therefore, we suggest that items with a value of £34 or greater be returned to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The customer is responsible for paying all returns costs and original postage costs will not be refunded.
