PolarEyes offers a 30 day guarantee on all sunglasses. If at any time your sunglasses break during normal use we will provide a replacement pair free of charge, you will only have to pay for Postage and Packaging.

We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. That is why we offer a returns policy which allows you to return any damaged sunglasses for a new pair or a refund. All returns much reach us within 14 days (in it's original packaging) for a full refund.

Please note we do not pay or refund any postage costs incurred during the purchase or return of any goods. Please also note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that adequate postal insurance is included on returns as PolarEyes will only provide refunds once returned goods have been received.
