PLEASE READ IMPORTANT DELIVERY & ORDERING DETAILS BEFORE BUYING:

(1) We post on the day or very latest day after you pay, so we please ask if you could not contact us (as we get so many e-mails every day asking the same thing!) within 7 days of you ordering to ask 'has my item been set yet?' as the answer upfront is 'yes'. UK customers have the choice on most of our auctions & buy it now's for second class post (4 to 6 working days) : first class post (2 to 3 working days) : and next day special delivery post (depending on time ordered 1 working day) : So your goods should arrive in the Royal Mails time scale as above. All those times exc. Sundays.

Post leaves here most days 4.00 PM so you need to order latest 3.45 PM for us to post that day otherwise it will go out the following day. Saturdays post leaves here 11AM. If you have not got your order in 15 days from the post date we can then replace or refund you, we cannot do anything before the 15 days (that's Royal Mails polices on lost items) .

 (2) Payment has to be in Pounds Sterling (£) we do not accept any other currencies and do not accept Euros.

(3) All our goods are sent out if needed (depending on value) with full tracking (we don't send out any other way, so please do not ask us to send out a cheaper option with no tracking if you are overseas). Also if you are paying by paypal ALL items have to have full tracking anyway for insurance (check paypal for more info on this).

(4) We can combine postage on certain items (not all), if you’re thinking of buying multiple items from us and you want to know postage cost for all please e-mail us before you buy & we can price up for you. Otherwise, once auctions have ended we decide the final shipping price.

(5) Overseas customers please allow up to 14 days max to reach you before contacting us.

(6) If you are paying by cheque allow up to 14 days from the actual day you post to us until the day you might actually get your item.

(7) E-mails are answered in business hours only, not Sundays and not bank holidays.

GENERAL TERMS INFO :

Final payment has to be with us (in UK pounds,sterling) (£) no later then 5 days after auction finishes (unless confirmed with us before hand). This is to save backlogs our end. If we dont hear from you at all in 7 days from the auction finish we will contact e-bay for an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' . If for any reason a delay in your end paying all you need to do is contact us to let us know your situation and we will be happy to reserve the item for you & extend the time limit. If you pay by cheque expect up to 2 weeks from time you post to time you might get item from us.

We dont refund or swap any items if you decide you dont want the item, change your mind, have it already etc. We only refund if an item is faulty. Please make sure what system you have for software use etc. i.e NTSC JAPANESE / USA or PAL format. We cannot exchange any items if you have the incorrect hardware / software. All items we sell clearly say if they are NTSC or Pal format or multi region. We cant swap or refund if future online play varys on software. If in any doupt of compatibility please contact us before bidding and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are bidding or have won a Japanese item (software, hardware, book etc.) that item might have complete Japanese text, you bid on this basis, we have no control over English text options in any items we sell. Auction descriptions for any Japanese items will not say if it has English or Japanese text options (as in most cases we dont know ?). All Japanese items are always clearly advertised as JAPANESE in our listings and are sold as Japanese only. Again you can always contact us before hand and we will do our best to assist you. If you are in any doubt then please dont bid to avoid possible disapointment.

We give full warrantees on every item we sell (unless item description says any different). Most items range from 28 days to one year depending on the product. Contact us before hand (not after) if you wish to know a certain items warantee.

If in the unlikely event of an item being returned to us either because you have not collected it from you post office as you were not in for the delivery, or you have returned something to us before confirming with us first, you will be liable for the postage costs both ways and back again to you. IF the item is faulty or damaged though we will refund you back any postage costs of course.

If an item is lost in post we can do nothing untill 15 days from the post date (thats Royal Mails policies) - If you have not recieved your item by 15 working days we can of course refund you or send out a replacement.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. ANY BIDS YOU PLACE OR WINS ARE ON THE UNDERSTANDING AND ARE A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN US THAT THE ABOVE TERMS ARE EXCEPTED IN FULL.
