Basic Dress # 01 made from lightweight cotton blend fabric. Long full skirt, full long sleeve, elastic gathered cuff, V in front, round high neck, Button back. All seams are finished with zigzag, turning and/or surging.  OVER 130+ INCHES AROUND AT HEM AND WILL GO OVER YOUR MEDIUM TO LARGE HOOP SKIRT.

UP TO 43 INCHES LONG FROM WAIST TO HEM (HISTORIC DECORATIVE TUCKS WILL BE TAKEN TO SHORTEN THIS DRESS IF NEEDED.)

 we will be glad to adjust it before mailing.

Verified and Confirmed pay pal address or express money orders, We may have one in stock, but we go only by measurements (please see our measurement chart on our web store) We can ship tomorrow if it is ordered today, Express shipping through the post office is a flat 35.00 handling for this size rush order. If you cannot change the shipping charge on pay pal, we will send you an invoice for the extra, but it must be paid before shipment will be made and you must have a confirmed address with a rush order. Because theses are costumes they are not returnable except for a 30 day free reasonable resizing where you pay only the shipping charges.  Express delivery is available if we have the item in stock. Your must ask first! Not doing so will cost a 20% RESTOCKING FEE IF ORDER HAS TO BE CANCLED BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN STOCK IN TIME FOR YOUR EVENT. (We ship only through the US post office) Express is an additional charge, and is not subject to returns, except for our normal 30-day free 1-2 inch reasonable resizing, you pay only the shipping charges.
