Returns for a refund are not accepted after 14 days of purchase date. You are covered by a one year guarantee from the date of purchase. We recommend that this item is installed by a qualified installer. All items are fully tested before they leave the factory, but if however you are unfortunate to receive a faulty item, please email to us a description of the problem and await our reply. Most problems are caused by not following the installation instructions correctly or simply not understanding the user manual.
If the problem still exists, you will need to return the item to the UK Repair Centre for testing and repairing. There is no charge for testing and repairing or returning the item back to you, but you may be charged for return postage if there is found to be no fault. Your installation costs are not refunded.
The guarantee does not cover: faulty installation, undue wear and tear, misuse, neglect or accidental damage. The guarantee becomes void if the warranty seal is broken or if the casing has been opened or a repair attempted by an unauthorised person. 

For whatever reason you wish to return the item, it is your responsibility to pay for sending the item back to us.
