This item is sold as 'ex-display' which means it has either spent time in a showroom or has been used for photographic purposes. It is securely packaged but may not be supplied in its original box. Ex-Display items are almost like new but we advise that they may suffer from scuffs and scratches; we cannot guarantee that they will not have these. Marks and scuffs can generally be removed by using a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth. Please do not email regarding the condition of the item as this is the standard response we provide. Returns for ex-display items will only be accepted if the item is faulty/inoperable.

Slave to the chrome
This shower screen is handcrafted with precision specifically for the UK market and constructed in chrome and clear glass to create a wonderful contemporary and spacious feel, making it the perfect solution for the smaller bathroom.

Flexible friend
The screen can be fitted at either end of your bath simply as a style statement or to ensure your new bathroom flooring doesn't get splashed whilst cleansing. It can also be used as a divider between other pieces of bathroom furniture to clearly define areas of your bathroom.

The final curtain
If your shower curtain is just not enough in the war against wet splashes then the screen can also be used as extra protection to block any fine spray finding it's way round the side of your curtain.

Silver is the new black
The robust, anodised, corrosion resistant aluminium frame presents a high quality chrome effect finish, adding a real sense of opulence, guaranteeing that it will fuse with any colour scheme.

Its all about you
The sleek chrome profile is completed by a chrome effect cover cap and boasts a full length convexed aluminium screw cover to conceal all fixings. The screen is already pre sealed, all you need to do is attach it to to the wall and seal the underside of the chrome bottom track to the bath with clear or white silicone to ensure the only thing getting wet is you.

Cowboys
You needn't worry if your house builder abandoned you with wonky walls as the wall profiles can be adjusted by up to 20mm to accommodate any imperfections.

What brand?
The bathscreens are designed and manufactured to our own specifications by our specially selected manufacturing partners. The 6mm glass conforms to British Standard 6206 classification 'A' - the highest safety rating available for flat tempered safety glass making this screen one of the safest on the market.

Delivery (PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE SECTION, THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
There is an awful lot to read here, please accept our apologies if you do lose the will to live half way through, we have tried to cover all eventualities and the following text is a accumulative result of previous customer questions.

Telephone Numbers
This world is hectic enough as it is, so part of our service is to arrange the delivery with you personally; when sending your payment, please ensure you supply a contact telephone number to enable us to call you and agree a suitable shipment date (great news! you can choose your own day). Be aware that products are never despatched until we have spoken to you, advise us if the contact telephone number for the delivery day differs from the billing details.

When to expect your item
Deliveries are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 6:00pm) someone must be available to sign for your goodies. The standard delivery is FREE of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode. Carriage surcharges DO apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you MUST check the postcode exceptions list BEFORE you commit to bidding/buying, don't forget you are entering into a binding agreement with us when you click the ‘confirm bid’ button.

You must ADD the courier surcharge detailed below to your order if your delivery address contains the following postcode prefixes:

If the postcode prefix for your delivery address is not in the list above, then the price you see is the one you'll pay.

If you are unsure about the shipping rate for your chosen delivery address, because lets face it is a bit confusing, be sure to email or telephone one of our delectable customer service agents with your postcode prefix and they will quote you happy!

The Next Working Day Service
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the 'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm the day before delivery to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. The next day delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within the £40.00 carriage surcharge list. If the courier arrives and finds nobody home, you may be charged again for reattempting the delivery.

For just an extra £5.00 you can specify a before 12:00pm delivery
For just £10.00 more you could have your goodies with you before 10:30am
Or for £20.00 extra your items can be delivered before 9:00am
For an extra £10.00 you can even have your items on Saturday (between 8:00am & 5:00pm)

Our items are bulky and heavy; please note that the delivery driver may need a little assistance in getting it to your property; please don’t be offended if they ask. Drivers are not insured to enter the property with your item(s). All our items are for delivery only; customer collection is not available at any time.

Pricing & Payment
We always ensure you pay the lowest price, this includes delivery. It is not policy to combine postage surcharges on our goodies, but if you are courageously renovating your entire bathing haven we can offer discounted rates on three or more items purchased from our eBay range (eligibility requires all three items to be £20.00 or over each). To benefit from discounts you'll need to contact us.

Speed up the whole postage process by telephoning to pay by credit card, you can arrange a convenient delivery day at the same time. VAT invoices are emailed to you in PDF format the day your order is dispatched, check your current email address is registered with eBay to ensure this occurs.

Returns, Damages & Guarantees
Items must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box), please do not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly despatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. We will not be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time. All our items are guaranteed for 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be replaced within this time. A wealth of spare parts for this bathscreen are on hand should you need them in years to come.

The Nasty Bits
We will not be held responsible for any personal loss incurred during the installation of our products, any modification to them will invalidate the warranty. We do our utmost to ensure your items reach you on the date and time agreed, we are not responsible for delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control such as strikes, national/localised extreme weather conditions or transportation malfunctions; bear this in mind when if/when you take annual leave from work or arrange the services of a professional fitter, which we only recommend you do after you receive your goods as we strictly will not reimburse plumbers invoices or your time. We do not guarantee that this or any of our products will be congruous with your existing fixtures, fittings and décor, if you are purchasing more than one item from us and have compatibility questions don’t hesitate to call or email, experienced people are on hand to help out. The ancillary items and models used in the photographs to accentuate the products are not included in the sale, but remember everything has a price! We are continuously improving our products, as a result the item supplied may vary very slightly from the one pictured but will be of an equally superior quality. If we have to substitute an item we will always advise you first.
