If the item was purchased by mistake we will glady refund the purpchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective. None faulty items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.
