THIS IS NOT A RUBBISH XCLAMP REPAIR, THE PENNY OR A STUPID TOWEL TRICK AS THESE REPAIRS DO NOT LAST AND ARE NOT CARRIED OUT BY ENGINEERS CAN FIX ALMOST ANY REPAIR TO YOUR CONSOLE SO EMAIL ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS AND PRICES FOR YOUR CONSOLE - DONT BE FOOLED BY CHEAP REPAIRS ON EBAY THIS IS A PROPER REPAIR WITH A 12 MONTH RE-REPAIR GUARANTEE. EXAMPLE - THE 3 RED LIGHT REPAIR IS £40 PLUS £14 RETURN POSTAGE AND FOR THIS YOU WILL GET THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS DONE TO YOUR XBOX 360 :- 1) RROD repair has been carried out (correctly) some only repair and go wrong later - this is not an xclamp only repair the CPU and GPU chips have been removed Reballed with solder and then reflowed to ensure the solder connections are all ok. and then the xclamps have been replaced to ensure a good contact on the chips and better cooling 2) Extra fan fitted to the front of the Xbox to blow air into the heat sinks (keeps heat down) 3) Fan power conversion (runs on 12 volt not 5.5 volt - much more air flow - little bit louder but never get RROD again * 4) Case conversion front and back (inside) to allow extra air flow into the Xbox 5) Latest update to console so has all latest software and desktop Repairs Guarantee and Returns Policy (12 MONTHS):- 12 month guarantee If you get the same fault again after repair and the warranty seal we have fitted hasn’t been touched then I will re repair the console once it has been returned. Serial numbers and customer details are kept on record to ensure claims are honest. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs to and from our repair centre - currently return postage to buyer is £14. Or you can use the money you spent on the repair towards the trade in cost of a pre repaired console (but i would keep your old unit). Please note that if the item is returned and turns out not to be the same fault as the original repair then a £10 fee will be added to the £14 return postage and the unit will be returned to you or a repair will be offered but will be chargeable (price to be agreed depending on faults) - please ask me how to check your fault code before returning to avoid disapointment thank you Details of the RROD prevention The end user of the Xbox 360 needs to make sure that the Xbox repaired by us is in a well ventilated compartment or preferably on the top in the open air and best in the flat position not upright. The rear and side vents need to be uncovered at all times and it is highly advised that the user Hoovers the grills about once a month (or more) to remove any build up off dirt and dust. If there is a high level of dirt and dust around the air vents then this will possibly invalidate any warranty and could cause the unit to stop responding. Details of our quality testing and success rate Please also note that all Xbox's leaving our in house repairs department are tested on an XBOX 360 jig which puts the console through its maximum working load for a minimum of 4 hours. Which also includes the connection to XBOX LIVE and the updating of all dashboard software. Most games don’t constantly run at maximum for this length of time but not all console repairs are successful which is why we offer the above guarantee. Currently we have a 75% success rate on all consoles but we aim to meet a 100% customer satisfaction rate so if you do encounter any problems please contact me immediately. (sucess rate is calculated on the repair of 200 consoles in the last 3 months and may vary).
