This auction is for X2 used High Brightness Red TIL311 Hexadecimal (plus decimal point) Display. The devices come in a 14-pin DIL / DIP packagemand are socket pulls - no solder on the gold legs

The beauty of these displays is that they contain a logic decoder, making them a cinch to use. You merely present the display with a 4 bit binary number and then latch the value in with a pulse, the value then remains latched into the display when the binary number changes. This makes the displays very suitable for use with tri-state buses or with a multiplexed display system.

These displays are of the highest industrial quality. The TIL311 finds use in the following applications: -

Clock Displays
Status Indication On Digital Circuits
Counter Displays
Thermometer Displays
