In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order. However, you must exercise your rights within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your own expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. Goods must be returned to us in an original ‘re-saleable’ condition. Once we have received the goods we will issue a refund, minus the original postage costs when you first bought the item. All damages or faults and damages must be reported to us within 3 days. |
