This Set consists of a pair of what's rated to be the World's Best DumbBells and they are in excellent condition. The set was donated to our charity a while ago and all funds go into maintaining the charity (We also have a 14 day Refund policy to this item).

Below we have the official specs to the product, but from what I know they are High-quality DumbBells, with an adjustable weight system (coordinated by the colour straps on the sides- pictures) where each colour determines a certain amount of weight; below are the official specs:

Powerblock Sport 5.0 Dumbbells

This model is equal to and replaces the need for 10 pairs of traditional dumbbells. Weight range is 2.5kg-22.5kg with increments per hand of:

2.5kg, 4.5kg, 7kg, 9kg, 11.5kg, 13.5kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20.5kg, 22.5kg
