After you get a RMA No. customer has to return item in 4 days. We reject the package without RMA No.

Full refund for shipping damage and package missing if you using FedEx or USPS with insurance.

| Your responsibilities: |
- Wrong Shipping Address: We ship to customer's PayPal Shipping Address. If you forgot to update your PayPal shipping address, you have to pay the shipping charge again for resending or rerouting.
- Missing package: If you don't receive the package, you have to report us within 2 weeks. If over 2 weeks, we still help you to file the claim to carrier but if they reject the claim, all the loss will be yours.
- Carrier returns package (undeliverable): For return package, no matter any reason except we type wrong address, customer must pay the shipping charge again to resend the shipment.
- Shortage: You have 2-day to report us for shortage since you receive the package.
- Return Shipping Charge: Customer pays the shipping charge for returning.
