Delivery

Any items purchased before 1pm will be posted the same day via royal mail 1^st class recorded post (heavier or bulky items will be sent via parcel force 24 hour or alternative next day courier) (items under £5 may be sent via royal mail 1^st class standard post).

We also post items out on Saturday mornings.

If you require any item urgently then please contact us before purchasing. We can send the item via royal mail special delivery for a small additional charge.

We do not aim to make any money out of postage charges, the majority of our items include free postage and any additional charges will be charged at the current royal mail price.

If you would like to collect any item then please contact us prior to purchase/collecting to arrange a suitable time.

We recommend all gas spare parts should be fitted by a qualified corgi registered engineer

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us before returning any items (this is to help us process any refunds more efficiently).

Returns must be made within 14 days as per Ebay policy.

Not Required / Wrongly Purchased Items

Items that we have charged postage for & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging & will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (This is to cover Ebay fees).

Items that we have sent free postage & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging & will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (This is to cover Ebay fees). We will also deduct the original amount of postage from the refund amount.

We do not accept any not required / wrongly purchased electrical items back (including printed circuit boards).

Wrongly Listed / Wrongly Supplied Items

We the seller will either supply a stamped addressed return envelope or we the seller will pay any return postage costs incurred, and will offer a full refund.

Faulty Items

We reserve the right to have any alleged faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement.
