Any product returned to Burner and Boiler Spares must be by prior arrangement and in its original packaging, and will be liable to a 25% restocking charge (To cover Ebay fees). We do not accept returns for electrical products including PCBs (printed circuit Boards) unless product is found be faulty whereby we will send the product to the manufacture to be tested.

If we wrongly list or send you the wrong goods, there will be no restocking charge and you will receive a refund in full. We will also cover the cost of return delivery.

Faulty products:
Burner and Boiler Spares, hold the right to have all suspected faulty items tested by the manufacture. If the product is found to be faulty, we will credit the product but not the delivery charge.

Any returns must be within 14days as per Ebay terms
