New boiler spares are sold with a twelve month return warrantee. we will replace goods deamed as faulty only after testing by our suppliers.
Any goods returned as incorectly ordered will be surcharged at 50% to cover retesting and re stocking charge.
Used or reconditioned goods will have the same warrantee but for a period of six months.
Any goods under our recycle program where an offer is made on the basis of return parts will be credited via paypal only on recipt of a recycleable part. Should any part returned not be recycleable/recondiitionable a note will be returned to the sender.
All the above is effective and governed by english law.
