As we rely on volunteers for packing and posting we currently only post items out once a week on a Thursday. If for you need an item to be delivered more quickly than this for any reason please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment accepted by Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Please note that if paying by cheque item will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. If paying by cheque or postal order please include a copy of your invoice with your payment so that we can easily identify your item. Any items paid for after 10am on a Thursday morning will not be dispatched until the following Thursday.

Postage cost shown is for the UK only, for cost of posting overseas please contact us.

Returns accepted only within seven days and only if the item is not as described.

We do our best to ensure that items are delivered promptly, proof of posting is obtained for all items and should an item fail to arrive we will investigate and where compensation is paid by the post office make a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for items which are returned to us as a result of failure to collect after a failed delivery attempt - in such cases we will re-send the item but only upon receipt of a further payment to cover the second postage cost.

St. Andrews Hospice provides care for children and young adults who have a progressive life limiting illness. The Hospice provides specialist respite care, pain and symptom control and terminal care as well as providing care and support for the patient's family. All care is completely free of charge to the families who need it but providing care currently costs around £900,000 per year of which only 3% comes from statutory funding.
