This item is off the shelf and ready for dispatch. These stairs have the following specification:-

• To suit a finished floor to finished floor vertical rise measurement of 2639mm (approx 104"). This is divided into 13 individual risers of 203mm.
• The overall going of the stairs is 2750mm (approx 108"). This is divided into 12 individual goings of 225mm.
• The overall width is 855mm . This is measured from outside of string to outside of string.
• They are constructed of 27mm thick whitewood pine strings, 22mm thick MDF treads and 9mm Ply or MDF Risers.
