Here we have the reluctant sale of this wooden prefab building. Unfortunately due to mindless vandalism attacks this building has to be sold. Once used as a Tennis / Cricket pavilion and in recent years used as a childrens football changing rooms.

Standing at 5 1/2 metres by 12 metres this building has a lot to offer for someone. The building itself is mounted on bricks.

There are 5 separate rooms and spacious foyer (as pictured), one of which has two fitted sinks. Please try and see past the damage on the pictures as most of it is cosmetic and due to the vandalism it has endured. Could easily be re-painted inside.

Has fittings for electric and water although the supply we were using has now been disconnected.

Viewing of the building is recommended and I should be able to arrange viewing for anyday of the week.

Buyers responsibility to dismantle or lift but im sure there would be a few people around who would offer a helping hand and a cup of tea!! Access for this should not be a problem.
