We have a retail store occupying 6000 square feet and boast in excess of 11,000 product lines. We offer a selection of these on our eBay shop. For local shoppers we offer free collection in store. We also offer a discounted price of just £5.95 for multiple purchases online over 2Kgs in weight and up to 30Kgs. (excludes large furniture items) We aim to deliver the next day with most items sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Item over 5Kg are sent by courier on a standard 24 hour service. Large furniture items are dispatched direct from the supplier by specialist courier and take approximately 7 working days from time of order. We aim to provide excellent customer service and quality value items to our customers. Our prices often beat the rrp of other well known value home essential stores. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. ShippingRoyal Mail Delivery Terms We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Items sent by Royal Mail first class will be received within the next day 2 working days after dispatch. Items sent by Royal Mail up to the weight of 5Kgs can be sent to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland & the Isle of Man. Mulitple Items Postage Discount Offer When you purchase multiple items over 2 kgs in weight you will qualify for our £5.95 standard postage fee. Maximum weight of multiple items purchased must not exceed 30 kgs to be eligible for the £5.95 postage. Your Items will be dispatched on a 24 hour courier service. (This offer does not apply to large furnitre items) Orders over 30Kgs (excluding furniture) will be calculated per each additional parcel (not exceeding 30kgs) There is a small charge for each additional parcel (please contact us for more information) Courier Delivery Items over 2kgs are sent by courier are sent on a standard 24 hour service and delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You need to be home to sign for your delivery between these times. If you cannot be home please provide an alternative address when you order. The courier will attempt delivery twice or delivery to a neighbour. They will leave a card for you if you are not home. If you miss the first delivery they will automatically attempt delivery the next working day. You can call them and arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a different address or a neighbour. You can also upgrade your delivery for a small fee and have it delivered before 10 or 12am or on a Saturday. Or simply collect your parcel from the local depot. If you live in a secured building ie a secure entry apartment block please be aware that the delivery driver will be unable to leave a card to notify you that delivery has been attempted. Please email us or call us so we can provide you with a tracking number. Restrictions Items sent by courier can only be delivered to UK Mainland. Please note any items over or with the combined weight of 5Kgs cannot be delivered to the following places: remote areas of the UK , the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly, Guernsey & Jersey if unsure please call us on 05601 145663 to check your area Large Furniture deliveries Large furniture orders are sent by specialist courier. We need valid telephone numbers supplied to us at the time of order, one land line and one mobile preferably. Failure to do this will delay your order. The courier will contact you direct on the numbers provided prior to delivery. Delivery will be due approximately 7 working days from time of order. Furniture deliveries will be made to the front door only by 1 man. In the case of large furniture orders a palette may be dropped outside your house. Deliveries are made by 7.5 tonne lorry. Please make us aware of any difficulty the delivery drivers may have accessing your property. Please make sure that you measure up first and ensure that large items can be delivered. If you do not do so and the delivery company fail to deliver a charge for a 2nd delivery attempt will be payable by you to the courier. Damaged Items We carry the risk of loss or damage to your order until you receive it. In the unlikely event that you receive your order and it is damaged please make a note of it on the delivery manifest and sign for it as damaged. If you have already signed for your order and then notice that it is faulty or damaged Please keep the item and the damaged packaging. Please email or call us on 05601 145663 to notify us within 24 hours. So that we can arrange to collect, refund or replace the item/part. TermsWe warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. Please be aware that the colours in the photographs of products can appear different due to photographic lighting and screen resolution settings. We aim to describe items in detail with approximate sizing details, however if you do have any questions feel free to call or emails us. Please read all listings carefully and be sure the item is what you want before you commit to buy. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Please pay for your item/s within 48 hours or we will relist the item/s and you will not be notified. Thank you Damaged Items We carry the risk of loss or damage to your order until you receive it. In the unlikely event that you receive your order and it is damaged please make a note of it on the delivery manifest when you sign (courier deliveries). If you have already signed for your order and then notice that it is faulty or damaged Please keep the item and the damaged packaging. Please email or call us on 05601 145663 to notify us within 24 hours, so that we can arrange to collect, refund or replace the item/part. ReturnsApplies to: small items sent by Royal Mail and small furniture items sent by Courier; We will exchange or refund any item on the basis that the item is returned in its undamaged packaged saleable state. We will exchange or refund the price paid for any faulty item bought from SJ Homestore if it is returned as sold, with the original packaging and within 14 days of purchase (SJ Homestore will cover the postage costs for exchange items as detailed below). If you are not happy with your purchase please inform us by e-mail within 14 days and we will be happy to offer a refund less postage costs (excludes large items of furniture). Large Furniture Items: If you decide you do not want your order when it is delivered. Please note it has to be returned unopened in its original packaging. If the item is opened we cannot accept a return and will be unable to issue a full refund. Any faulty items that were originally sent via Other Courier that need to be returned, we will arrange collection which will require the buyer to be present for signature (SJ Homestore will cover the cost) Any faulty items that were originally sent via Royal Mail that need to be returned, the buyer will send the item via Royal Mail back to SJ Homestore. SJ Homestore will then re-in burse the original postage costs to the buyer through PayPal. Damaged Items We carry the risk of loss or damage to your order until you receive it. In the unlikely event that you receive your order and it is damaged please make a note of it on the delivery manifest and sign for it as damaged. (Courier delivery) If you have already signed for your order and then notice that it is faulty or damaged, please keep the item and the damaged packaging.
