All items remain the property of JOL4FamilyFun until cleared payment has been received.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where applicable include any VAT within the stated price.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received, all orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Items will be dispatched Monday-Friday.
Once items have been dispatched JOL4FamilyFun are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen factors, ie postal strikes.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, should this not be the case then please contact us.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally sold. 
When an order is returned to JOL4FamilyFun, the customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Any return postage and packaging costs are payable by you.

FAULTY GOODS
